It’s easy to get overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information out there on how to eat healthily during pregnancy. Prenatal nutrition can feel intimidating. Even if you do feel confident about what you’re supposed to be eating, food cravings, nausea, changes in blood sugar, fatigue and a stomach that’s being crowded out of its normal spot can easily foil the best of intentions.

Join me on Saturday, November 16th from 2-3:30 pm at the NOVA Natural Birth Center to learn the top five things you can do to optimize your diet when you’re pregnant. We’ll go over common myths and facts about eating for two, and of course we’ll have plenty of time to talk about your questions and concerns.

This event is FREE.
