3-Month Menstrual Health + Fertility Intensive

Get the support, accountability, and guidance you need to move forward.

When you're tired of piecing things together on your own...

Navigating a health situation or challenge, especially one involving fertility or your menstrual cycle, isn't easy.

You've read everything you can get your hands on, you've sorted through books and videos and strategies and protocols until you've lost your sense of perspective.

There are a thousand choices. You've tried so many things.

If you feel like you're spinning your wheels, you're not alone.

There are a million decisions to make.

Should you increase or decrease the dose of your B vitamins? Try to eat keto or paleo or plant-based? Exercise harder or not at all? Take an herbal tea or try capsules? Are these things safe to use with your medications?

Sometimes we know too much, and I think we can all agree that we are our own worst clients.

At a certain point, it's time to stop trying to be a solo provider for yourself and get an outside perspective.

It's hard to do this alone.

You're smart and thorough, and you know yourself best. But I promise, outside eyes and guidance can make all the difference.

Instead of spending more time sorting through things on your own, starting and stopping protocols, bouncing from practitioner to practitioner, or feeling vaguely guilty because you're not doing the things you think you (probably?) should be doing, let's try something different.

After 15+ years in clinical practice, here's why I think most plans don't work:

  • Too complicated. Fancy protocols are impressive but rarely practical or sustainable in the long-run.
  • Based on theory and not experience. Animal studies and are one thing, clinical trials and lived experience are another.
  • Too ambitious. Big, dramatic change is exciting. It also doesn't usually work over time. Aim for slow and steady instead.
  • Not tailored. You have your own requirements and preferences that mean a standardized protocol likely won't be a good fit.
  • No connection. Without a good relationship with your practitioner, you can't trust the process and get your questions answered.
  • Infrequent follow-up. Life happens. You have good intentions. Without regular and consistent follow-up, it's hard to make progress and stick to a plan.

Here's what works if you're looking for sustainable results that last.

  1. 1
Small and consistent changes: In the long run, making changes gradually is the best way to create sustainable results. The hard part is figuring out where to start. I'll help you prioritize steps and stay on track. This is not glamorous work, but it's effective.
  2. 2
Frequent follow-up: When you're not working closely with a practitioner, it's easy to fall of track, doubt yourself and/or decide to adjust the protocol before enough time has passed. By staying in touch often, we'll be able to stay the course and find a path that works for you.
  3. 3
Trust & connection: You need to trust that your practitioner has experience, listens closely, and takes your experiences and preferences into account. Recommendations are explained and you feel comfortable reporting both positive and not-so-positive results.

You're invited: 3-Month Bloom & Grow Health Intensive

After 15+ years of clinical experience, I've learned what structure works best for people looking for meaningful, long-term change. I've designed the 3-month intensive to be just that: the most effective way I know to help you start feeling better.

When we work together, we'll take our time and sort through everything to find out which herbs, supplements, foods/food patterns, and other strategies are best suited to your body's needs at this moment in time.

Leave our 3 months together feeling:

  • Stronger, calmer, and more knowledgeable about your cycles and how to feel healthy
  • More aware of how circadian rhythms, food, and stress affect your body
  • Confident in your toolkit of herbs and foods that are well-suited to your body and lifestyle
  • Clear and confident in how to navigate the ups and downs of the path ahead
Work closely with Camille to find a clear and simple plan.

We'll meet every 2-3 weeks so that you have the support and motivation you need to stick with the plan. Because I take very few clients, I'm truly present with you every step of the way.

Help staying on track + tracking your symptoms and progress

We'll make adjustments to your herbs & supplements, diet, and other factors as life happens. When we work together, you're never behind and you're never off-track as long as you keep showing up.

Learn which herbs, foods, and other strategies work for you.

I know quite a bit about human physiology, or how the body works generally. We build from this point, taking into account your specific body, to tailor our work for you.

Here's what's included in the 3-month intensive:

I specialize in reproductive & menstrual health (fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause), although I am happy to work with anyone who wants a perspective and guidance when it comes to food, herbs, and supplements.

If you're not already familiar with my work, please contact me to set up a short intro call where we can see if we're a good fit to work together.

  • 3-months of personalized, intensive support
  • 1:1 video meetings with Camille every 2-3 weeks
  • Weekly accountability check-in
  • A written step-by-step plan
  • Progress tracking and adjustments tailored to your needs

my promise to you

You can do this. The 3-month intensive is designed to make growth and change as easy as possible. We'll sort through everything together - it's a kind of detective work. Even if you've not had success following plans and protocols in the past, I think you'll find that this method is more accessible.  Let's get you started with a protocol that truly feels manageable.

The 3-Month Intensive is $999

I work with 1-2 new clients per month. If you aren't already familiar with my work, please contact me to set up an introductory call to see if we're a good fit. Payment plans are available at no additional charge.

How To Get Started

Step 1: Schedule

Click the "Start Now" button and head over to my Practice Management system (Practice Better) to pick a time that works for you. I offer weekend and evening appointments most months. Your first appointment will be 60 minutes, and follow-up appointments will be 30 minutes.

Step 2: Payment

During this step, you'll have a chance to briefly explain why you'd like to meet. Please let me know if you're experiencing any particular health challenges, if you're pregnant, or if you're trying to conceive. Pay in full or pay $333 per month x 3 months. (Contact me to request an alternate payment schedule)

Step 3: submit Forms

You'll receive an invitation to join Practice Better (please do this!) and a confirmation email within 24 hours, as well as several forms to complete online, which will take about 30 minutes. You'll also have a chance to upload any relevant documents that you'd like to share (e.g. lab reports, fertility charts) into a secure platform.

Step 4: Meet and Plan

You'll get a reminder message before our meeting, with a link to join the session if you've opted for an online meeting. If you choose a phone meeting, I'll give you a call at the scheduled time. After our session, you'll receive a written protocol within 24-48 hours. We'll also schedule our next session and go over next steps.

What's Different about the 3-Month Intensive?

Personal Attention

You won't be left to figure things out yourself based on a generic protocol. All recommendations are tailored specifically to you. We'll meet twice per month and check in weekly via message/email.

No Conflicts of Interest

I do not make any money from the sale or recommendations of herbs and supplements. I do not sell lab tests. We will work to find the simplest, most effective strategies for you to feel better.

Safety First

Whether you're taking meds, trying to conceive, pregnant, lactating, and/or dealing with chronic health conditions, we'll make sure your protocol is safe and reasonable for you.

Adaptability

Plan isn't working? Unexpected life changes? Because this work is entirely personalized, and because you'll be checking in with Camille on a weekly basis, we can adapt to changing circumstances mid-stream. You're never behind and you're never off track.

Slow & Steady

Small changes over time add up. This is one of the guiding principles that we'll rely on in our work together. We're aiming for long-term, sustainable change that fits into your life and helps you to feel better. We'll explore multiple tools and strategies so that your toolbox continues to grow.

Connection

We'll check in at least once per week, with plenty of encouragement/adjustments along the way to make sure our plan is feasible and effective for you. Because I take very few clients, I'm fully present and with you every step of the way.

Frequently asked questions

When are the 1:1 sessions?

I typically have clinic hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. You can schedule at your convenience. We will meet twice monthly in real time via Zoom.

Am I a good fit for this program?

If you're feeling ready for change and have time to commit to your health for the next few months, then yes! Please don't sign up if you have a major life event on the horizon (e.g. if you're moving, getting married, etc). You won't be able to get the most out of this program if you can't meet online twice monthly, make small changes in your daily life, and do a written check in once weekly.

Is it possible to just do a single session with Camille?

Yes! If you don't need ongoing support and guidance, you can sign up for a single consult instead. Note that a consult is meant to serve as a second opinion. It includes only two sessions and does not include any additional meetings or support.

Are payment plans available?

Yes! You can pay for all 3 months at once or pay $333 monthly. If you'd prefer to pay biweekly, please contact me and we'll get that set up. There is no additional charge for payment plans.

What if I want to keep going after 3 months?

We'll discuss this as we near the end of our 3-month program, but essentially you have two options: 1) you can sign up for another 3-month program (you'll have priority!) or 2) you can choose to schedule follow-up visits on an as-needed basis. If you choose option #2, this does not include weekly check-ins, messaging support between sessions, etc. A la carte follow-up sessions are $95 for 30-minutes or $180 for 60-minutes.

Do you have any scholarships or work-trade available?

I don't offer scholarships or work-trade for 1:1 consultations. However, you can sign up for the Bloom and Grow Community Clinic wait list if you like. I am also happy to refer you to other practitioners who have lower price ranges. Please contact me

Can I do this program if I am pregnant or trying to conceive?

Yes. The 3-month intensive is well-suited to preparing for pregnancy or navigating any of the stages of pregnancy. If you'd like to optimize health, prepare for pregnancy/birth/lactation or refine your routine during these times, you are welcome and encouraged to enroll ❤️

I don't see any appointments available. Help!

Occasionally my schedule books out several months in advance. Please look ahead in the calendar. If you have an urgent need to start care and no appointments are available, please contact me. I will let you know if I can make space in my schedule or I will refer you to another practitioner who can see you in the next few weeks.

A note from Camille:

I love doing intensive work with clients because I know what a difference it makes to have someone on your team who's truly tuned in to how things are going for you. It's hard to do this alone. Together, we can sort through the various pieces and decide on a path forward. I'm excited to start working with you ❤️
