When you’re building your clinical practice, it’s easy to get bogged down in minutia without making real progress. The Bloom & Grow Private Mentoring gives you the support, accountability, and encouragement you need to create a practice that's just right for you.
If you've been working your clinical practice and you feel like you're spinning your wheels, you're not alone.
Many clinicians start wondering if they're cut out for this when things aren't working.
You just want to help people, but running a practice turns out to be harder than it seems.
There are a million decisions to make.
Should you focus on your website? Start a new program? Teach a class? Make a new freebie?
You're halfway done with all of these, and none of them are as good as they sounded in your head.
Instead of spending more time doing things you don't love, sitting behind your computer and spinning your wheels.
You're 100% not alone in this.
You are not expected to have all the answers.
You've never done this before, so of course it's a learning process!
I've mentored hundreds of practitioners. One thing I've noticed is that people who have each of the following in place are MUCH more likely to stay in practice. (It gets easier over time, I promise.)
An intensive partnership with Camille and a small group of other practitioners to focus on deepening your work. Next enrolling in September, 2022.
Seasonal Planning & Practice Review
Work through a structured process to evaluate where your practice stands and determine your goal, intention, or focus project for the upcoming season.
Collaborative Processing
Bring your questions to two live sessions each month to brainstorm with Camille and a group of other practitioners who are working on their own seasonal goals.
Personalized Feedback
Each month, submit up to 3 pieces of work for detailed and specific feedback from Camille. Examples: emails, web pages, newsletters, brochures.
1:1 Mentoring
You'll meet with Camille privately once each month to go over your progress, plan next steps, and get feedback.
Friday Wrap-Up
Each Friday, you'll get a check-in prompt to review your week and plan for the week ahead. You'll receive a personal response from Camille.
Co-Working Sessions
Attend optional co-working sessions to focus on your weekly tasks in short bursts.
I mentor highly-trained herbalists and nutritionists so that we can provide exceptional care for our communities. I've been in practice as a licensed nutritionist and registered herbalist since 2006, working in OB/Gyn offices, a fertility clinic and private practice.
I have a doctorate in clinical nutrition, as well as master's degrees in herbal medicine and physiology. I'm also a professor in the Department of Nutrition at the Maryland University of Integrative Health, where I teach physiology and pathophysiology. Both my teaching and my clinical work are grounded in practical, fun, and common-sense methods that help us understand our work and ourselves more fully.
B&G Private Mentoring is by interview/invitation only. If you're interested, please get in touch and let's discuss!
We'll pick one defined focus area or intention for each season.
Plan a strategy for connecting with clients on social media, your email newsletter, podcast, etc.
Need to describe something in more detail? Want to tell a story to help your visitor connect with you and your brand?
Not quite ready to open your doors? Let's work on getting everything set up and ready to go.

Private Mentoring gives you extensive one-on-one mentoring with Camille. We'll work together to figure out where to focus our energy.
You won't be left to figure things out yourself based on generic trainings. You'll work closely with Camille to design a plan to move your practice forward. You'll have momentum, community, and 1:1 check-ins to adapt your plan as necessary.
Plan isn't working? Unexpected life changes? Because this work is entirely personalized, and because you'll be checking in with Camille on a weekly basis, we can adapt to changing circumstances mid-stream. You're never behind.
There are dozens of ways to move your practice forward. When we honor the energy the season brings to you and the rhythms of your practice, as well as your preferences about when and how you like to work.
We'll meet for 1.5 hours the first Thursday of each month at 5 pm ET for our hotseat call. If you have a question or topic to bring to the group, you'll be asked to submit it in advance. When it's your turn in the "hotseat," you'll present your issue and get feedback from the rest of the group + Camille.
Our second call of the month is at variable times and is an open Q&A with Camille. Bring any questions you have - small or large. Both sessions are recorded in case you need to miss them, although you will get more out of the program if you can attend the hot seat calls live.
You can't sign up for the Fall 2022 session yet, but if you message me with your interest, I'll let you know when it's open. We should have at least 1-2 openings in September.
Yes. You can schedule a 1:1 puttering session for 30-minutes ($90) or 60-minutes ($175). Puttering sessions are one-time conversations and don't include ongoing support. You can also get personalized advice from Camille when you sign up for Monday Mentoring.
Yes! You can pay for all 6 months at once or pay $297 monthly. If you'd prefer to pay biweekly, please contact me and we'll get that set up. There is no additional charge for payment plans.
If you don't think you will consistently have 2-3 hours per week to work on your practice, please don't sign up for this group. We don't have a trial/test version. You are committing to a full 6 months of mentoring when you enroll. If you need to miss a week for a planned vacation, etc. then it won't be a problem. However, if you're moving, having a baby, in the middle of a busy semester at school, etc. this probably isn't a good time to sign up!
I don't offer scholarships or work-trade for private mentoring. However, if you join Monday Mentoring we have practice management sessions twice monthly where you can get support and mentoring in a group session. Monday Mentoring is a lower price-point and does have BIPOC scholarships available.
If you want personalized/private support as you start your practice, you are welcome to sign up. You might also want to consider my Roots course or the Grow course.
We have room for a maximum of ten people in the private mentoring group.
