Building a clinical practice can be difficult.
Here's a piece of advice: don't get ahead of yourself when it comes to the business side of things. Especially when you don't have as many clients as you'd like to have, the most helpful thing you can do is connect with at least one real person each day.
What you don't need to do in this phase is plan for what might happen once things get busier.
Examples:
- Worrying about automating everything (anything?) when you have very few clients
- Building a course or a membership if you don't have an audience yet
- Running paid ads without knowing whether your sales page works well
- Paying for a high-end logo or website before you're clear on who you want to work with
It's easy to procrastinate on the things that will make a difference when you're busy doing research, planning for hypothetical/eventual situations, and "thinking big."
Talk to people about what you do, connect with colleagues, serve your people. Do these things first, and cross the next bridge when it comes. Don't solve a problem you don't have yet.
Hope that helps.
Take care,
Camille
