Here's a peek into how I write this newsletter.
Each Tuesday, I set aside about 30 minutes to draft the newsletter at some point during the day. I usually start with the "recommendations" section, then update the "upcoming" events, and finish with a note like the one you're reading now.
I have a list of things to write about, but often I forgo the list for something that's on the top of my mind.
On Wednesday, Amy copies the draft into MailerLite, tests all the links, and gets it scheduled to send out to you on Thursday.
This week, it's Tuesday (hi from the past), we have house guests, and we're leaving for a trip to the Green Bank Observatory tomorrow. My brain is 100% refusing to think of or write anything useful.
So, instead, here are a few links to past newsletters that might be worth checking out (or revisiting):
- Here's a piece I wrote about last year's trip to the Observatory, which is kind of like visiting the 1980s. Very worth a visit if you're near WV!
- On "effort shock" in clinical practice
- Why I always buy the book (also, thank you to everyone who has bought my book
)
- On raising prices
I'll be back next week, hopefully with a more functional brain.
Take care,
Camille
