It's super hot for many of us.

This is your friendly reminder to drink plenty of fluids.

If you don't love water or if you're sick of just plain water, I suggest sun tea.

To make it, put a bunch of fresh herbs into a clear jar and cover with water & a lid. Put the jar in the sun for a few hours. Add lemon and/or honey. Chill in the fridge.

I like lemon balm, mint, and holy basil in my sun tea, but you do you

I forget about sun tea sometimes, even though I'm an herbalist. But I know for sure that I drink more liquids when I have something fun like this to drink.

I've been thinking a lot lately about how to make my recommendations more fun. Tastier. Easier. I'm pretty sure I can do better in this area, and sun tea's a pretty good start.

Take care,

Camille
