Thanks so much for the well-wishes after last week’s newsletter involving everyone in my family getting covid. Fortunately, we’re all testing negative now and my kids will be able to go to their summer camp that starts this weekend 😊

My voice is still a bit scratchy, but I did manage to record a few podcast episodes this week.

One is about the creepiness factor when you send email newsletters. There’s tracking, and it’s weird.

Another episode is about why to have a practice notebook. I share a bit more about mine and also reveal my absolute favorite part of my practice notebook: the Later List.

The later list is a place to write down all of the practice-related things you want to do/should do but don’t have the time/resources/money/ability to do right now. Things like have a lawyer look over your forms. Make your “About” page prettier. Get professional photos taken. Figure out why your navigation menu doesn’t look quite right. Etc.

I find that having a Later List helps me feel less stressed about my practice. I know what I need to do when the resources are available. I revisit it periodically and check things off as a I can.

The other episode is about how it’s fine – totally okay – to have another job when you’re an herbalist or nutritionist or coach. You’re still legitimate.

I hope you enjoy those & have a wonderful week.

Take care,

Camille
