February 25, 2022

It’s February, and for many of us things are hard.

In addition to the dark and the cold and the pandemic, we’re also bearing the weight of news out of Ukraine and the trans oppression happening Florida and Texas.

I wish things were different.

I released a podcast episode earlier this week that was recorded before most of this week’s breaking news happened.

Even so, it may be helpful to hear.

I talk about things to consider when you feel like giving up on your practice during these dark winter months.

Whether you have time to listen or not, please know that I’m sending strength your way.

With love,

Camille
