Understanding your Client’s Lab Results with Sunny Brigham

Understanding Lab Results:

A Training for Herbalists and Nutritionists

with guest teacher Sunny brigham

In this 1-hour class, we'll go over the interpretation of a CBC/CMP, lipid panel, and thyroid panel from a nutritional perspective. During this interpretation, we'll look at how you can uncover nutritional imbalances and points of inflammation from these basic labs run by most physicians. By the end, you'll understand more about these lab results.

In addition, we'll take a look at the Organic Acid Test (OAT) by Great Plains Lab. This test is great for identifying baseline neurotransmitter concerns, oxalate or salicylate sensitivities, and identifying yeast overgrowth or bacterial imbalance. We'll also spend some time looking at the GI Map stool test by DIagnostics Solutions. This test is great for identifying bacterial imbalances, yeast overgrowth, and parasites in the stool.
