Supporting Clients with Insomnia: A Webinar

If you've ever struggled to get a good night's sleep, you know how challenging it is to experience insomnia. In this webinar, we went over the most common causes of insomnia. After a brief review of the key pathophysiological mechanisms to watch out for, I share some of the clinical strategies that have been most effective in my practice. You'll leave with a heftier toolbox to draw from when working with clients who have insomnia.

  • Assessment tools and tips
  • Lifestyle strategies
  • Dietary approaches and chrononutrition
  • Herbal recommendations

You can access the replay below. You'll also get a copy of the slides, references, and a list of resources mentioned in the webinar.

Cost: $25
