In today's episode, I answer a question about how to best use discussion boards in online courses. As someone who's taken quite a few online courses lately, I have strong feelings on this one :). This episode is slightly longer than usual to account for my small rant on the topic.

The short version of my message?

DON'T USE DISCUSSION BOARD ASSIGNMENTS UNLESS YOU HAVE A VERY GOOD REASON TO DO SO!!

Listen below for my ideas on when and how to use discussion boards.

Okay. Now that I've said my piece, I'd love to hear from you. If you have strong feelings one way or the other, I'd love to hear about them.
